Wholesale Team Assistant

 

Reports to:  Account Manager

 

Role: To provide effective support to the Wholesale Team with the day to day management of account administration as well as assisting retailers with any necessary requirements they may have

   

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • General support to all members of the Wholesale Team

  • Complete support to the Wholesale Account Executive and Head of Wholesale in any ad hoc duties as prescribed

  • Sample management for Wholesale team including maintenance of sample database and active management of sample cupboard

  • Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Fielding communication via phone and email from customers quickly and efficiently handling any queries raised

  • Supporting the Wholesale team during seasonal range presentations with note taking, sample management, provision of all tools necessary for a successful sell in  where necessary in conjunction with the UK & Europe and JLP Account Teams

  • Responsibility for production of Wholesale Catalogues each season by using Kaleido

  • Liaison with other departments to remain informed and to relay accurate information to the Wholesale team

  • Launch and management of wholesale extranet site

  • To have an understanding of retail and appreciation of product
  • To be highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical for the role

 

Performance Indicators:

  • Proactive support to Wholesale Team
  • Response time to queries raised by customers
  • On time, in budget delivery of the Wholesale seasonal catalogues
  • On time order inputting

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • Good knowledge of Kaleido

  • Great organisational skills

  • Good experience in Customer Service

  • Good telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail
