Job Profile: Store Design and VM for Asia Admin Assistant
Reports to: Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia
Role: To provide support to Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia with all administrative and creative tasks within the Store Design and VM department.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia.
Support new shop projects, shop refits, special projects and VM promotions: place orders and liaise with suppliers; liaise with project manager and contractors.
Feedback all necessary information and updates to Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia.
Produce sample boards
Liaise with the Vintage Buyers with regards to furniture and fixtures required for new APAC stores; schedule and organize deliveries between suppliers and partners.
Update and organize project files
Assist with Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia to create brand store design guideline
Provide accurate and informative updates to Store Design and VM coordinator for Asia
Keep accurate records of orders and purchases to document all costs of each project. Including: Accounts/invoices/purchase orders, invoices and receipts.
Maintain a good relationship with store design and VM team
Well organized and good communication skills.
Good team player, hard-working and highly motivated.
Able to take on new responsibilities and work under pressure
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
PC/Mac literate, proficient in Microsoft Works, knowledge of Photoshop.
BA (Hons) in Design
Experience in administrative role preferably design based
Confident use of maths (GCSE C+)
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking , reading and writing)
