Allocator/ Merchandising Admin Assistant (Mandarin/ Chinese Speaking)
With Merchandiser plan store optimum stock levels.
Input product minimums into Futura system.
Continually review allocation levels by store by product.
Manage store delivery schedule with warehouse and retail.
Plan and manage new store allocation packages with Merchandiser.
Be main point of head office contact for stores.
Input markdowns into Futura system.
Prepare and distribute Monday morning packs – printing sales reports and producing and managing the China SBL.
Provide store analysis by category for HO and retail and propose changes to stock levels / range offer / space.
Support Merchandiser with admin support needed to place China seasonal orders at each of the 3 order windows per season (sales history, rounding to cartons, tiering & grading)
Provide sales history/analysis to support Merchandiser with Markdown decisions.
Maintain markdown tracker with weekly sales information and further markdown information
Manual outlet allocations
Review the ability to trade into any stock needed to support sales opportunities in retail stores & outlet with UK stock and / or APAC replenishment stock

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Strong numerical skills
Can work from 8am - 4pm
Effective communicator and good interpersonal skills
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
