  • Just to let you know

    • Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis.
    • With this in mind, please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery.
    • If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.
  • Other useful information

    • We use six couriers to deliver our products, they are:
      • Royal Mail
      • DPD
      • DHL
      • UPS
      • Parcel Force
      • Hermes
    • We will send you an email to confirm your order has been despatched, please call us if your order hasn’t arrived within the time specified.
    • Most of the time, we send all the items you've ordered in the same parcel. However, very rarely, we find we haven’t got something you’ve ordered. If this happens, we send the items that are available straight away, and post the other bits to you as soon as they become available again. Don't worry, we won't charge twice for postage, and we will call or email and tell you if this happens.
    • We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addresses. We know our products make excellent gifts, so should you happen to be treating yourself and someone else, you can either place two separate orders online, or, alternatively, you can call our friendly contact centre team on 08450 262 440 (or +44 (0)1480 424 477 if you’re calling from outside the UK) who will be happy to help you with your order request.
  • The boring (But important) stuff

    • All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
    • Sadly, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, hotels or universities.
