  • Will I be able to use Student Discount on Disney x Cath Kidston Purchases?

    Unfortunately no discount or promotional codes can be used to buy any items from the limited edition Disney x Cath Kidston collection. This includes any seasonal promotions or discounts.

  • The Disney item I like has sold out, will you be getting more stock?

    Unfortunately not, the collection is limited edition.

  • How many items from the Disney x Cath Kidston range can I order?

    You can order a maximum of 5 units of any one item.

  • Can I have my Disney x Cath Kidston purchase gift wrapped?

    Unfortunately, due to the high demand, we can’t offer Online Gift Wrapping on any products until further notice.

  • When will I receive my code to shop online?

    The password you will need to shop the early launch online will be sent to members of the Disney x Cath Kidston Priority Email Club from midday on Thursday 24th May 2018.

  • What designs will be available in the next Disney x Cath Kidston collection?

  • How can I find out which items will be stocked by my local store?

    To find out if your local store will be stocking the collection and if they will have a particular category (i.e. fashion, kids) please see our Global Stockists List, where you’ll find more information plus contact details. Please ensure you contact your local store directly.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    We're expecting unprecedented demand, therefore if you select Standard UK Delivery, please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.   • When I view my order status online it says it has been Exported/Allocated/Quarantined/Unable to Fulfil/Despatched- what does this mean?

    Exported: Your order has been received and is waiting to be sent to the warehouse.
    Awaiting Allocation: waiting for the stock to be allocated to your order.
    Quarantined: Order being held for review.
    Unable to fulfil: We’ve not been able to complete your order.
    Despatched: Your order is on its way to you!

  • What's the returns policy for Disney x Cath Kidston purchases?

    You have 28 days to send your purchase back to us for a full refund or exchange (stock permitting), providing it is in its original condition. Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage too.

    Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt.
