  • The Disney item I like has sold out, will you be getting more stock?

    Unfortunately not, the collection is limited edition.

  • How many items from the Disney x Cath Kidston range can I order?

    You can order a maximum of 5 units of any one item.

  • Can I have my Disney x Cath Kidston purchase gift wrapped?

    Unfortunately, due to the high demand, we can’t offer Online Gift Wrapping on any products until further notice.

  • When will I receive my code to shop online?

    As this is an exclusive shopping event, we’ll be emailing invites and passwords to access the event from 10am (GMT) on Friday 30th November. To register and guarantee entry to the event, you can sign up here.

  • What designs will be available in the next Disney x Cath Kidston collection?

    The next Bambi x Cath Kidston collection stars Bambi and his friends Thumper and Flower as they skip and play across signature Cath Kidston prints on a range of Bags, Accessories, Fashion, Homeware & Kidswear. With a sense of character and curiosity at the heart of the collection, our in-house design team carefully sourced original illustrations from the classic 1942 animation of the enchanting prints that feature in the range.

  • How can I find out which items will be stocked by my local store?

    The Bambi x Cath Kidston collection will be available in all UK stores (excluding Outlets) from Saturday 1st December. Find your local store. We’re also hosting special launch events in 16 stores. See if we’re hosting an event near you.

  • Which countries do you ship Disney x Cath Kidston product to?

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Please allow between 7 and 10 days for your order to arrive. If you're having trouble tracking your order, please email our friendly customer services team orderenquiries@cathkidston.com. For more delivery information, please click here.

  • When I view my order status online it says it has been Exported/Allocated/Quarantined/Unable to Fulfil/Despatched- what does this mean?

    Exported: Your order has been received and is waiting to be sent to the warehouse.
    Awaiting Allocation: waiting for the stock to be allocated to your order.
    Quarantined: Order being held for review.
    Unable to fulfil: We’ve not been able to complete your order.
    Despatched: Your order is on its way to you!

  • What's the returns policy for Disney x Cath Kidston purchases?

    You have 28 days to send your purchase back to us for a full refund or exchange (stock permitting), providing it is in its original condition. Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage too. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt.
