  • Will I be able to use Student Discount on Disney x Cath Kidston Purchases?

    Yes you can use Student Discount on Full Price Disney x Cath Kidston products

  • The Disney item I like has sold out, will you be getting more stock?

    Unfortunately not, the collection is limited edition.

  • How many items from the Disney x Cath Kidston range can I order?

    You can order a maximum of 5 units of any one item.

  • Can I have my Disney x Cath Kidston purchase gift wrapped?

    Unfortunately, due to the high demand, we can’t offer Online Gift Wrapping on any products until further notice.

  • What is "the Secret Jungle" and how can I access it?

    We’re making the collection available on Thursday 23rd May at 7pm in our ‘Secret Jungle’. You’ll only be able to access the Secret Jungle by registering your details here. Once we have your details, we’ll email you on launch day with an exclusive link to access the Secret Jungle. If you don’t want to register for the Secret Jungle, the collection will be available to all on Friday 24th May from 9am.

  • What designs will be available in the next Disney x Cath Kidston collection?

    Transforming the classic film into a swinging new collection, our designers have brought much-loved Jungle Book characters to life in true Cath Kidston style. You’ll find Mowgli, Baloo, Bagheera and friends singing, floating and dancing in hand-drawn prints across a stylish range of bags, homeware, fashion and kids.

  • How can I find out which items will be stocked by my local store?

    The Jungle Book x Cath Kidston collection will be available in all UK stores (excluding Outlets) from Friday 24th May. Find your local store. We’re also hosting special launch events in 16 stores. You can register for a ticket here.

  • Which countries do you ship Disney x Cath Kidston product to?

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Please allow between 7 and 10 days for your order to arrive. If you're having trouble tracking your order, please email our friendly customer services team orderenquiries@cathkidston.com. For more delivery information, please click here.

  • When I view my order status online it says it has been Exported/Allocated/Quarantined/Unable to Fulfil/Despatched- what does this mean?

    Exported: Your order has been received and is waiting to be sent to the warehouse.
    Awaiting Allocation: waiting for the stock to be allocated to your order.
    Quarantined: Order being held for review.
    Unable to fulfil: We’ve not been able to complete your order.
    Despatched: Your order is on its way to you!

  • What's the returns policy for Disney x Cath Kidston purchases?

    You have 28 days to send your purchase back to us for a full refund or exchange (stock permitting), providing it is in its original condition. Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage too. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt.
