Pomegranate Salad Recipe



(Quantities will depend on how many guests you’re entertaining with your pomegranate salad)

  • Pomegranate
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cooked beetroot
  • Walnuts
  • Chicory
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Pomegranate juice

  • 1. Separate and wash the lettuce and chicory leaves
  • 2. Chop the beetroot into chunks
  • 3. Scoop out the pomegranate seeds
  • 4. Crush the walnuts
  • 5. Toss all the ingredients together
  • 1. Add all the ingredients to a lidded jar and shake to mix together
  • 2. Drizzle over the salad
